The Foundation's activities are run by the 12-member Visiting Board of Directors, comprising government bureaucrats and associations / individuals class of silk industry. A non-profit organization.
Activities:
A) Seasonal quality standard Shankar variety ration egg production. Ration eggs are provided to the farmers of the whole country related to the ration industry through government, non-governmental and NGOs.
B) Science development technologies are developed and introduced for the improvement of the quality of ration cultivation.
C) Production and training of quality ration yarn.
D. 398 people have been trained in the cultivation of the silk industry and the farmers and the relay level for the livelihood of the destitute women.
Employment:
About 10 thousand work days a year, the local men and women work, of which 80 percent women are working.
